“What can you eat?”

“What can you eat?” I get asked that question frequently, so this page is dedicated to the foods I know are safe for me to eat. As I slowly introduce new foods, the list will grow. It is a way to track my progress, get excited about my success, and share with others (like my wonderful friends and family) what I can currently eat for easy reference.
MEATS

Any type of meat as long as it is broiled or roasted. Shellfish can be steamed.

VEGETABLES

Carrots (cooked for 4 or more hours – a crockpot makes this easy!)
Butternut squash – cooked until very soft
Spinach – steamed
Zucchini – peeled, deseeded, and boiled

FRUITS

Bananas – very ripe, must have no green on them and covered with brown spots
Applesauce – homemade, diluted with water

DAIRY

SCD 24hr fermented yogurt

SWEETENERS

Honey

DRINKS

Knudsen’s Just Juice Blueberry Juice – diluted 50/50 with water
Knudsen’s Organic Tart Cherry Juice – diluted 50/50 with water
Any juice I make myself – diluted 50/50 with water
The occasional Americano! Very weak – 1x 20oz, sweetened with honey and cinnamon if i feel like it. 🙂
